Ross hat einen Bachelor of Arts in Rechtswissenschaften (BA) und zwei Aufbaustudiengänge an der Universität Pretoria absolviert: einen Bachelor of Laws (LLB) und einen Honours Degree in Geschichte.

Sharna Jenkins hat kürzlich ihr LLB-Studium an der University of Pretoria abgeschlossen, 22 Auszeichnungen erhalten und wurde in ihrem ersten und zweiten Studienjahr in die Dean’s Merit List aufgenommen. Für ihre akademischen Leistungen wurde sie 2021 und 2022 in die Golden Key International Honour Society aufgenommen.
Als Candidate Attorney bei Werth & Partner Inc. sammelt sie Erfahrung in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten, darunter Gesellschafts- und Handelsrecht, Vertragsgestaltung und Unterstützung bei Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
Luise ist Chartered Accountant und Finanzdirektorin bei InterGest South Africa. Sie ist spezialisiert auf ausgelagerte Finanzdienstleistungen für multinationale Unternehmen beim Markteintritt in Südafrika. Ihre Expertise umfasst Buchhaltung, Finanzberichterstattung, Steuerangelegenheiten und Unternehmensverwaltung. Luise spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch und unterstützt Mandanten reibungslos bei internationalen Projekten.
Michael ist ein erfahrener Steuerspezialist mit über 15 Jahren Erfahrung in grenzüberschreitender Strukturierung, südafrikanischer Devisenkontrolle und Unternehmensberatung. Nach Stationen in führenden Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften verfügt er über umfassende Kenntnisse in internationaler und nationaler Steuerplanung, Compliance und Unternehmensbewertungen. Er hat zahlreiche Fusionen, Übernahmen und Konzernumstrukturierungen erfolgreich begleitet und verhandelt.
Nina Chase schloss 2022 ihr BCom-Studium in Marketing Management an der University of Pretoria ab und erwarb anschließend den BCom Honours in Communication Management. Sie ist leidenschaftlich daran interessiert, Markenbekanntheit zu fördern und enge, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zwischen Mandanten und ihren Dienstleistern aufzubauen.
Mit Erfahrung in Marktforschung, Business Networking und Eventmanagement sorgt Nina dafür, dass Werth & Partner bei Mandanten stets präsent bleibt. Ihr strategischer Ansatz und ihre Beziehungskompetenz tragen dazu bei, die Kanzlei im Wettbewerbsumfeld wirkungsvoll zu positionieren.
Nicky Swanepoel begann 1997 ihre Laufbahn im Bereich der gesetzlichen Compliance, als sie als Junior-Mitarbeiterin in die Statutory Department der Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Horwath Leveton Boner (heute Crowe JHB) eintrat. 2010 wurde sie zur Leiterin der Abteilung befördert.
Nach 26 Jahren im Unternehmen ging Nicky 2023 in den Ruhestand – eine Auszeit, die nur wenige Monate dauerte, bevor sie ihre Tätigkeit auf Beratungsbasis wieder aufnahm. Heute führt sie eine kleine, sehr ausgelastete Praxis und bietet Mandanten fundierte und praxisnahe Unterstützung in allen Fragen der Corporate-Compliance.
Volker ist ein erfahrener Rechtsanwalt mit Expertise im Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht, bei Fusionen und Übernahmen (M&A), Vertragsverhandlungen, Arbeitsrecht, Erneuerbare-Energien und Wirtschaftsstreitigkeiten. Er spricht fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Afrikaans und fungiert als Company Secretary und Public Officer für mehrere multinationale Unternehmen, darunter die Deutsche Auslandshandelskammer für das südliche Afrika (AHK).
Derzeit ist er Geschäftsführer bei InterGest South Africa und Director bei Werth & Partner Inc. Unter seiner Leitung unterstützt InterGest SA ausländische Unternehmen bei der Gründung, Verwaltung und Geschäftsentwicklung in afrikanischen Ländern.
Volker erwarb zwischen 1990 und 1997 seine B.Proc- und LLB-Abschlüsse an der Rand Afrikaans University und wurde 1998 als Rechtsanwalt zugelassen. Außerdem besitzt er ein Certificate in Transnational Business Law der UNISA.
Zusätzlich ist  er Mitglied im Aufsichtsrat der deutschen Industrie und Handelskammer für das südliche Afrika (AHK), vertritt den Europäischen Senat der Wirtschaft (Berlin) sowie Saarland International im südlichen Afrika und wurde 2021 zum offiziellen Vertreter des Bundesverbands mittelständische Wirtschaft e.V. (BVMW) in Südafrika ernannt.
Nicky Swanepoel began her career in statutory compliance in 1997 as a junior in the Statutory Department of the auditing firm Horwath Leveton Boner (now Crowe JHB). Over the years, she built deep expertise in corporate governance and regulatory requirements, earning a promotion to Department Manager in 2010.
After 26 years with the firm, Nicky retired in 2023—but her retirement was short-lived. Within a few months she returned to the field as an independent consultant and now runs a small yet dynamic practice. Drawing on decades of experience, Nicky continues to deliver precise, reliable compliance services to a wide range of clients, ensuring their statutory obligations are met with efficiency and care.
Nina Chase earned her BCom in Marketing Management from the University of Pretoria in 2022 and went on to complete a BCom Honours in Communication Management. She is passionate about brand exposure and fostering strong, trusted relationships between clients and their chosen service providers.

Michael is a seasoned tax specialist with over 15 years’ experience in cross-border structuring, South African exchange control, and corporate advisory services. After starting his career with leading chartered accountancy firms, he has built deep expertise in international and domestic tax planning, compliance, and business valuations. Michael regularly advises on complex corporate legislation and has successfully negotiated and structured numerous mergers, acquisitions, and group reorganisations for clients operating across jurisdictions.
A Chartered Accountant and Finance Director at InterGest South Africa, specialising in outsourced financial services for multinational companies entering the South African market. Her expertise includes bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax, and corporate administration. Luise is fluent in both German and English, enabling her to support clients seamlessly across international operations.
Muhammad is a Master Tax Practitioner with a BCom Accounting (Hons), a Higher Diploma in Tax Law, and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Tax Law. He brings extensive expertise in corporate and individual tax compliance and consulting, offering clients well-rounded, practical solutions in complex tax matters.
Antoinette Campher is the firm’s Legal Secretary, bringing more than 20 years of experience in both litigation and commercial practice support. Her expertise spans litigation administration, contract drafting, preparation of legal documents, Dictaphone typing, debt collection, office management, and practice administration.
