The Information Regulator has invited all Information Officers, Deputy Information Officer, and Heads of Private Bodies to submit their PAIA Annual Reports for the 2025/2026 financial year.

Submission period: 1 April 2026 – 30 June 2026.

Private bodies are required to report on access to information requests and processed during the reporting period, even where no requests were received.

Organisations should also ensure that their Information Officer registration is up to date on the eServices portal before attempting submissions.
