Er spricht fließend Deutsch, Englisch und Afrikaans und fungiert als Company Secretary und Public Officer für mehrere multinationale Unternehmen, darunter die Deutsche Auslandshandelskammer für das südliche Afrika (AHK).
Derzeit ist er Geschäftsführer bei InterGest South Africa und Director bei Werth & Partner Inc. Unter seiner Leitung unterstützt InterGest SA ausländische Unternehmen bei der Gründung, Verwaltung und Geschäftsentwicklung in afrikanischen Ländern.

Michael is a seasoned tax specialist with over 15 years’ experience in cross-border structuring, South African exchange control, and corporate advisory services. After starting his career with leading chartered accountancy firms, he has built deep expertise in international and domestic tax planning, compliance, and business valuations. Michael regularly advises on complex corporate legislation and has successfully negotiated and structured numerous mergers, acquisitions, and group reorganisations for clients operating across jurisdictions.
